TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Order Confirmation & Cancellation-

All orders must be fully paid at the time of placing the order.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Any cancelled order will be non-refundable under all circumstances.

 Order Timing & Delivery Window.

All regular orders must be placed at least 4 hours in advance, calculated from the time of receipt of payment.

The estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 hours, depending on order volume. Customers are required to consider this time frame before placing an order.

Bulk Orders

All bulk orders must be placed 24 hours in advance with full payment.

Bulk orders become non-refundable after 2 hours from the time of order placement.

Delivery Partners & Charges

All orders will be delivered through standard third-party delivery partners such as Uber, Rapido, Porter, or any similar service.

Delivery charges shall be borne entirely by the customer and must be paid directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Food Quality & Preparation

All food items are prepared by authentic home cooks using pure, hygienic, and high-quality homemade ingredients.

Food is prepared fresh only after the order is received; we are not a fast-food or instant-delivery service.

Temperature & Heating

Due to natural heat loss during transportation, food may arrive warm rather than hot.

Customers may reheat the food in a microwave if required.

We do not guarantee the temperature of food upon delivery, as delivery time may vary and is handled by third-party services.
